- Entrants must be 18 or older and reside within 95.7 The Spin’s listening area.
- The winner themselves must pick up the contest prize.
- Winners must provide their legal I.D.
- For prizes worth $500 or more in value, winners must provide their social security number.
- Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes and/or fees.
- There is NO purchase necessary for entry into any given contest.
- Employees at 95.7 The Spin, members of their immediate family, and/or their household (whether related to the employee or not) are not eligible to participate in any given contest.
- An individual may only win once per contest.
- Dates, times, entry methods, winner selection, and prizes will vary with each station giveaway.
- Online Entries:
- Entrants must accurately complete all required fields, or their entry will not qualify.
11. On-Air Entries:
- The caller must call into the phone number announced
- If eligible, the caller will be declared a potential winner.
- If 95.7 The Spin determines that the caller is not eligible, the next eligible caller will be selected as a potential winner.
- 95.7 The Spin assumes no responsibility for entrants not making timely phone calls, or any other timed entry, to the station
- Prize winners will be selected per the criteria announced for the contest.
- If a winner is unable to be notified for any reason for any amount of time, the applicable prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.
- 95.7 The Spin is not responsible for any change of email address, mailing address, and/or telephone number of entrants.
- If an entrant is unable to verify their information, the entrant will automatically be disqualified, and their prize will be forfeited.
- As a condition of participating in the contest, entrants agree and acknowledge that in order to receive a prize and be deemed a winner, entrants must sign a waiver form provided by 95.7 The Spin and agree to the terms, including but not limited to the prize conditions.
- Prizes and the value of each prize vary for each contest.
- If tickets to an event are awarded as a prize, 95.7 The Spin is not responsible for any cancellation or rescheduling of the event and will not reimburse or substitute the prize.
- Any gift cards, gift certificates, vouchers, or any similar items are subject to any terms of use, expiration dates, and restrictions.
- By accepting a prize, winner(s) grant 95.7 The Spin permission to use their name, images, voices, and likeness, in any media now known or invented for marketing and promotional materials.
- Winner(s) waives any claims to royalty and/or rights for marketing and promotional uses.
- By participating in a contest, each entrant agrees to release and waive any and all claims of liability against the contest entities.
- Prizes will be withheld if any contest rules are broken by a winner.
- 95.7 The Spin reserves the right to determine an alternate winner in accordance with these rules in the event that any winner is disqualified, cannot be contacted, or is deemed ineligible for any reason.
