Glass Animals is an indie rock band formed in Oxford, England in 2010. The band members are Dave Bayley (lead vocalist, guitar, keys, and drums), Drew MacFarland (guitar and keys), Edmun Irwin-Singer (bass, keys), and Joe Seaward (drums). Glass Animals band members met at St. Edward’s School which is in Oxford, England. The band began playing together officially in 2010.
Glass Animals released their first EP in 2012, Leaflings, and their second EP in 2013, Black Mambo / Exxus.
ZABA (2014)
On June 5, 2014, the band released their first studio album, ZABA. The album includes “Flip,” “Black Mambo,” “Pools,” “Gooey,” “Walla Walla,” “Intruxx,” “Hazey,” “Toes,” “Wyrd,” “Cocoa Hooves,” and “Jdnt.”
Remixes (2015)
Glass Animals released remix versions of songs they had previously released on February 24, 2015. The remixes included “Gooey (Gilligan Moss Remix),” “Hazey (feat. On August 26, 2016, the band released their second studio album, How to Be a Human. How to Be a Human includes the tracks “Life Itself,” “Youth,” “Season 2 Episode 3,” “Pork Soda,” “Mama’s Gun,” “Cane Shuga,” “[Premade Sandwiches],” “The Other Side of Paradise,” “Take a Slice,” “Poplar St.,” and “Agnes.”
