A new release from the band Cage the Elephants has strong emotions that go hand in hand with great music. Neon Pill by Cage the Elephant is a great song to create emotion. The song creates a vivid picture in my mind about the song as if it was a movie. The word neon pill sounds like it would be associated as a substance or person. This relation to me sounds like a relationship that can have hype and happiness for a specific person, but also leads to destructive and sad endings over and over. Cage the elephant has had many great hits in the past 18 years. A couple years ago they won the Award for Best Rock Album twice, once in 2017 and the other in 2020. This new addition song is a great song to listen to on a day-to-day basis. While typing away this song kept me in a groove and had me swaying in my seat. For almost 2 decades Cage the Elephants has impacted the music industry, and I can’t wait to see what they do next.
