A woman that has hit many countries and cultures around the world with the music is an inspirational singer/song writer. Alice Merton has been travelling across countries since she was young. She was born in Germany and moved to the United States before the age of one and not that long after they relocated to Canada. As Alice Merton grew up, she was constantly moving between countries. Merton came out with her first song of this year, “Run Away Girl”. Personally, this song gets me moving and dancing. It is a song that someone can take in personally by self-reflection or that starting something new can better support you as a person. Her album S.I.D.E.S.’ reflects her experiences during the first two years of the 2020s. Alice is starting a tour in the United States capital (D.C.) in May which is already sold out going to 10 other states before moving to Germany and Switzerland. Merton has influenced many people in her life and going forward in her musical career.
